Yes, I hear you say but it's not possible to achieve all of them at once.



You are wrong, it's not easy, but it is possible.


Three bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere anytime. My three are pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups.


If you do not have a pull-up bar the do squats. It's simple... here goes 200 squats (100 pull-ups) 200 push-ups 300 sit-ups. These three exercises will work you to push yourself to achieve something that you would not dream possible. I choose to do them for a month and even though I am fit, on the first day it took me 39 minutes to complete them. By day 13 I had taken off 14 minutes. I felt fitter, looked more toned, my rest time between reps had dropped impressively. This is a challenge , but one worth taking up. If you do this for every day for a month I promise you that you will see and fel the benefit of these 3 exercises.
